Pattern Regression is an installation performance based on one of Alexander’s early works, the ground-breaking stage production Pattern Recognition. A motion-responsive system of moving lights, created by digital artist Memo Akten surrounds a solo dancer, tracking and reacting to her movements in real time, establishing a kinetic dialogue between human and machine.
